How to Order Online

1 Go to SHOP to browse our product catalog.
2 Click the item you like to see product details up close.
3 Scroll down the page to see options for colors and add-ons. You may also provide a special message to be written on the gift card.
4 If you are ready to order this item, click ADD TO CART.
5 To add more items to your gift bag, repeat steps 1 to 4.
6 Click GIFT BAG to see your orders.
7 Review your gift bag to see if the items you ordered are correct. To remove an item, click on the “x” button on the items row. See Cart Totals for your total purchase.
Online Shopping & Delivery Service
We deliver products and gift items all over the Philippines. All products featured in the website are available for nationwide delivery. Some items (mostly XL to XXXL sizes) are currently unavailable for provincial deliveries due to size restrictions. You may still continue ordering these restricted items by choosing our Store Pick-up option instead.
Our delivery/shipping fees range from P99.00 and up. Shipping fees vary depending on the item/s purchased and location of delivery. To check your shipping fee, you may click Calculate Shipping under Cart Totals in your Cart page.
Orders are processed and delivered between Mondays to Fridays, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, except holidays.
Orders are processed upon confirmation of payment. We ensure that your item/s will be delivered within 2 to 5 working days for Metro Manila or 5 to 10 working days for provincial areas. If your orders cannot be delivered within the committed period due to unforeseen circumstances (ex: extreme weather conditions, road mishaps, etc.), we will notify you of the changes in the delivery schedule.
We are working to have a same-day delivery service soon. For now, we ensure that your orders will be delivered within 2-5 working days for Metro Manila or 5 to 10 days for provincial areas. We will post announcements on our Facebook page once updates about our delivery system are available.
We currently cannot provide specific delivery schedules, but we can guarantee that your orders will arrive within our committed timeframes (2 to 5 working days for Metro Manila or 5 to 10 working days for provincial areas). You will, however, be notified via e-mail of the status of your order from the start of processing right up to the completion of your order.
You may indicate your preferred delivery date in your Order Notes and we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, we cannot commit to delivering your order on your specified date. We can, however, guarantee that your items will arrive within 2 to 5 working days for Metro Manila or 5 to 10 working days for provincial areas upon confirmation of your payment.
Yes, you may. Our Store Pickup option is available if you prefer to have your items picked up at one of our branches nationwide. This is also recommended if your purchased item is currently undeliverable to a specific location/address. To order for pickup, simply indicate your preferred Blue Magic branch in the Checkout Form. Yes. However, you will need to place your orders separately according to shipping address. All items to be delivered in the same address must be grouped together in one order. Please take note that separate shipping fees will apply per order.
You may pay for your orders through the following channels: Bank Payment – Pay directly into our BDO bank account through bank deposit or fund transfer. Account details will be provided once you place your order. Please take note that your order will only be processed once the payment is deposited into our account. Blue Magic Store Payment – Pay at any Blue Magic branch in the Philippines using cash or credit card. Third-Party Payment Gateways – We accept payments made through Dragonpay. For Dragonpay, follow the instructions provided in the Dragonpay website. Cash-On-Delivery (COD) – We accept payments made through Cash-On-Delivery on the condition that billing and shipping addresses are the same. For faster and better processing of orders, we request that you send us a proof of payment (picture or screenshot of the deposit slip) through our e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our Cash-On-Delivery (COD) payment option is available only for orders made through our Online Shop.
As of this moment, Blue Magic delivers within the Philippines only.

Our biggest bear are Casey XXXL and a panda bear named Little Xavy XXXL. Both are 6-feet tall at standing height. As of this moment, our Little Xavy XXXL is made to order only. We pride ourselves on our designs, but we can accommodate certain requests for customization on selected products. These include changing the color of selected stuffed toys and customized printing on pillows, button pins, scrolls, mugs, placards, and wood crafts. Our products are not only great as gifts, but also as party favors and corporate giveaways.
